Where is my package? 

1. Get your tracking number. 

First, you will need to have your tracking number available. Your tracking number is the number provided by the shipping courier to be able to track where your package is. This is NOT your order number.
This number can be provided by these most common courier
s:
USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL 

2. Track your package. 

You will need to obtain proof of delivery, and know the day your package was delivered to our office in Laredo, TX.
You can do this by visiting the courier'
s website. 
USPS  /  UPS  /  FedEx  /  DHL
The tracking must show a delivery to our zip code 78043. 
If it was delivered to a different zip code, please let us know.
 If there was in fact a mis delivery, you will need to file a complaint with the package courier.  

3. Has is been more than 10 business days? 

Our delivery time is 5 to 10 business days
after it has arrived at our office in Laredo, TX 78043.
Verify with a calendar if it has been more than 10 business days.  
Business days run Monday through Friday
(except for holidays in the Unit
ed States and in Mexico) 

If it has not been more than 10 business
days,
your package is still in transit!

You will receive a Paypal invoice in your email when your package arrives in San Miguel de Allende. You will be able to pick up your package the next day once you receive this. 

 

4. It has been more than 10 business days 

There could be a delivery issue. Please contact customer service by filling out the form bellow.  

**If we can't locate that package with this description, 
you might be asked to send us the original invoice for your package.
